Kathleen A. (Noonan) Plevel

Kathleen A. (Noonan) Plevel, 91, a loving devoted wife and mother, passed away Sunday April 22, 2018. A lifetime resident of Syracuse, she was a graduate of Central High School and worked at Precision Casting in Fayetteville. In 1965, she moved to Camillus with her husband where they raised their three children. She was a communicant of St. Joseph’s Church in Camillus.

Kathleen was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Sr. in 1994; son, Joseph Jr. in 1991; sister, M. Helen Carney; and brother, James Noonan.

Surviving are her son, James of Camillus; daughter, Karen (David) Balcer of Syracuse; grandchildren, Craig and Kelsey Balcer; a niece, nephews and great-nephews.

Relatives and friends may call Thursday, April 26 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, April 27 at 9:30 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Church, 5600 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Kathleen will be laid to rest in St. Mary’s Cemetery, DeWitt.
