Edward F. Luke Jr.

Edward F. Luke Jr., 68, of Baldwinsville, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center. Born in Syracuse, he was a lifetime resident. Edward worked for over 20 years with Marcellus Casket Company and retired from the Syracuse City School District in 2014. He was an avid collector of baseball memorabilia. Edward was predeceased by his parents, Edward Sr. and Virginia. Surviving are his wife of 42 years, the former Mary Hooper; daughters, Stephanie and Shannon Luke; sister, Kim (Brian) Moorhead; brothers, Garry and Jeff (Terri); and grandchildren, Kristina and Ryan. Relatives and friends may call Monday, August 1 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Services will follow at 7 p.m. in the funeral home.
