Joan C. Clary

Joan C. Clary, 89, of Camillus, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021 after living a full and productive life. She was born on August 19, 1931 in Chicago, IL and was raised in Iowa. Joan moved to Syracuse in 1954 after marrying Robert Clary. She helped bring a number of lives into this world as a registered nurse working in the labor and delivery unit at St. Joseph’s Hospital for over 33 years.

Joan was predeceased by her parents, Clarence and Grace (Mills) Offerman; husband, Robert E. Clary; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Marcia Offerman; and daughter-in-law, Donna Clary.

Surviving are her children, Debora (Ross Molgano), Robert (Jackie), Michael, Thomas and James (Jeanne); nine grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, April 29 at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church, Syracuse. Joan will be laid to rest in St. Mary’s Cemetery, DeWitt.
