Marilyn (Loveless) Colletta

April 1, 1954 — March 14, 2021

Marilyn (Loveless) Colletta, 66, of Jordan, passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021 at home. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, she was a graduate of Westhill High School and earned her master's degree from SU. Marilyn was a Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam Era. She was employed with Cayuga Counseling Services in Auburn for seven years and was the former Village of Jordan Justice for ten years. Marilyn was a member of Word of Life Assembly of God in Baldwinsville and former member of Grace Assembly of God. She enjoyed crafting, traveling and spending time with her family.

Marilyn was predeceased by her parents, Lyle and Doris Loveless.

Surviving are her husband of 39 years, Wayne; daughter, Sarah Colletta of Fort Wayne, IN; sons, Nicholas of Jordan and Christopher; sister, Donna Cole of Brewerton; brother, Daniel (Sabra) Loveless of Syracuse; and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call Thursday, March 18 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Face coverings are required.
