Nicholas J. Repasky Nicholas J. Repasky, 83, of Liverpool, passed away Friday, July 15, 2011 at home. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, May 23, 1928, he lived in Pittsburgh for 36 years until moving to Syracuse in 1962. Nicholas was employed by Syracuse Supply Co. An Army veteran of the Korean War, he was an x-ray technician in the MASH Unit 8076. He was a communicant of St. Joseph the Worker Church in Liverpool and former communicant of St. Joseph's Church in Camillus. The founding member of Camillus Elks Lodge 2367, he was Original Exalted Ruler #1. A boating enthusiast, he was a licensed captain and member of the Auburn Power Squadron. Nicholas was predeceased by his parents, Nicholas and Alice Repasky. Surviving are his wife of 60 years, the former Audrey McLaughlin; children, Nicholas J. (Kelly) Repasky Jr. of Kansas City Missouri, Robert L. Repasky of Fairfax, Virginia, Mary Alice (Rick) Woytan of Camillus and Cathy Luczka of Geddes; and grandchildren, David and Paul Repasky, Lindsey and Andrew Luczka, and Bryan and Nicholas Woytan. Relatives and friends may call Monday, July 18 from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. A prayer service will follow at 10 a.m. at the funeral home and at 10:30 a.m. a funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Church in Camillus.
