Olga Snyder

July 2, 1917 — January 14, 2017

Olga Snyder, 99, of Fairmount, passed away Saturday at home. Born in Monessen, PA, she lived in Syracuse most of her life. Olga was a communicant of St. Anthony of Padua Church and a member of its Altar & Rosary Society. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and spending time with her family.

Olga was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Frederick; brother, Nick Kicak; and sisters, Ann Lesiuk and Mary Kany.

Surviving are her sons, David (Barbara) and Fred (Cindy), both of Liverpool and Robert (Francine) of Syracuse; daughters, Mary Jane Snyder of Palm Bay, FL and Deborah Snyder of Syracuse; grandchildren, Steve, Jeff (Jenn), Jaclyn, Cory and Chris; great-granddaughters Emilia and Cadence; and nephew, Joseph Lesiuk.

Services will be private. Olga will be laid to rest in St. Mary’s Cemetery, DeWitt.
