Patrice Renee Ackerman

Patrice Renee Ackerman, 51, of Syracuse, passed away Monday, January 13, 2020 at home, surrounded by her loving family. A lifetime resident of Syracuse, she was a graduate of Corcoran High School. Patrice was a valued employee at The Home Depot in Camillus for many years and received numerous awards for her customer service. An avid gardener, she enjoyed putzing around the yard and sharing gardening tips with friends and family. Patrice loved supporting and attending her son's sporting events.

Patrice was predeceased by her mother, Joanne Berman, in 2006; and daughter, Angel Ackerman.

Surviving are her husband of 21 years, Michael; son, Noah; father, Joseph Piotrowski; sisters, Heidi (Jeff) Buckman, Lorri Kelley and Jackie (Dave) Koslowsky; and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call Saturday, January 18 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.

Services will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
