Peter G. Honeywell

Peter G. Honeywell, 85, passed away Saturday, August 29 surrounded by his family.  Born in Washington, D.C. he served in the Korean War before graduating from Syracuse University.  His pure joys in life were Syracuse sports - "Go Orange" and spending time with family always kept him smiling.    Peter was predeceased by his wife of 33 years, Elaine Honeywell. He is survived by his sons, Charles (Kelly Schmitter) Honeywell and Matthew (Tammy) Honeywell; four grandchildren, Courtney, Dylan, Skylyr and Daniel Honeywell; and brothers-in-law, Herbert (Joanne) McBride and Chuck McBride. In honor of Peter's wishes there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Assoc. of CNY, Inc., 4915½ W. Taft Rd., Liverpool, NY 13088.
