Stephanie Lou Davis, 54, of Camillus and Auburn (Sennett), died Sunday, May 28, 2006 at her home. Born in Syracuse on Monday, February 11, 1952, she was the daughter of Harold and Beverly Burnham. She was a graduate of West Genesee High School and lived in Camillus for 12 years until moving to Auburn (Sennett) 25 years ago. The owner of the Secret Garden Gift Shop in Skaneateles and Mottville for 10 years, Stephanie was also the former postmaster of the Mottville Post Office for 3 years. In addition, she was also formerly employed by Western Carloading Co. in East Syracuse for 14 years and Carolina Freight in East Syracuse for six years. Stephanie was a member of the Womens Transportation Club of Syracuse, Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Cayuga Co. and was a co-founder of the Mottville Street Festival Committee. She was also an honorary lifetime member of the Mottville Fire Dept. Surviving are her husband of 20 years, Judson W. Davis; sons, Jason (Jodene) and Noah, both of Seattle, Washington; granddaughters, Kali and Layne Davis, both of Seattle, Washington; mother, Beverly Kuppel, of Camillus; sisters, Sandra (Raymond) Todt of Phoenix, New York and Kim (Ronald) Kidder of Livonia; brothers, Stephen (Rhonda) Burnham of Jordan and Douglas Burnham of Camillus and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Her sister, Sheryl Krahl, died in 2003. Services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, June 3, 2006 at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Friends may call preceding the funeral from 1 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Mottville Fire Dept., P.O. Box 9, Mottville, NY 13119.
