Timothy J. Drazek

Timothy J. Drazek, 53, of Camillus, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2013 at Francis House. A lifetime resident of Camillus, he was born on Saturday, August 15, 1959. He was a graduate of West Genesee High School and OCC. He was an Army veteran and a fiber optic technician with Verizon. Astronomy was Tim’s passion. He also enjoyed playing guitar, biking, snowmobiling and animals, especially cats. Tim was predeceased by his father, John Alfred Drazek on 12/20/2003. Surviving are his mother, Felicia Loretta (Wozniak) Drazek of Camillus; sister and brother-in-law, Carol and William Haskell; and niece, Amanda Haskell, all of Solvay. Relatives and friends may call Friday, February 15 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Services will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Timothy will be laid to rest in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Marcellus. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Francis House, 108 Michaels Ave., Syracuse, NY 13208 or to CNY SPCA, 5878 E.
