Trudie Ann Kertulis, 63, of Camillus, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at Crouse Hospital. Born in Kingston, PA, she was a graduate of Wilkes University, Misercordia University and Marywood University. She moved to Camillus in 2005. Formerly an executive director with BASCOL, Trudie retired last December from Liberty Resources as a clinical social worker, working primarily with children and adolescents. She was a communicant of St. Ann's Church. Trudie was predeceased by her father, Ellis Carle; brother, Ellis Carle II; and grandson, Neal Graham Stager. Surviving are her husband of 43 years, Robert; daughter, Michele (Todd) Stager of Marysville, PA; sons, Jon and Anthony Kertulis, both of Camillus; mother, Gertrude Carle of Syracuse; grandchildren, Kevin, Ryan, Claire and Ella Stager; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Friday, September 13 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at St. Charles Church, 417 S. Orchard Rd., Syracuse. A funeral Mass will follow at 11 a.m. at the church. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Trudie’s memory to the Crouse Health Foundation, Nursing Dept., 736 Irving Ave., Syracuse, New York 13210.
