William Hurley West, 73, and Gail G. West, 64, both of Syracuse, died Thursday, May 28, 2015 as a result of the Wednesday fire at the Nob Hill Apartments. Both were employed at University Hospital. William is survived by his mother, Kathryn; and brothers, Thomas and Raymond Jr. Gail is survived by her sister, Donna Sharlow; and brother, Gary Golden.
