Anne P. Munz

Anne P. Munz, 96, formerly of Camillus, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 3, 2020. Born in Syracuse, she lived most of her life in Camillus before moving to Massachusetts in 2013. Anne worked at Western Union for 30 years, and then Crouse Irving Hospital until her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church.
Anne was predeceased by her husband, Henry O. Munz.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Wayne) Adams of Merrimac, MA; was the well-loved “Grammy” to Dr. Jessica (Sanjay) Kripalani of Charlottesville, VA, Dr. Andrew (Patricia) Scheld of Williamsburg, VA and Kaitlin (Nicholas) Stephenson of Groton, MA; cherished great-grandson, Colin Henry Stephenson; brother, Edward (Eva) Olszewski; as well as many nieces and nephews. Anne will be remembered for her dry wit and tenacious spirit.
Services will be private. Anne will be laid to rest in Assumption Cemetery, Syracuse.
