Carol A. Brostek

Carol Ann Brostek, 81, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Sunday at Loretto. A lifelong resident of the Syracuse area, Carol was a graduate of St. Vincent DePaul High School and worked for over a decade as a dedicated bookkeeper.

Carol was a devoted communicant of Holy Family Church, where her faith guided her life. She found joy in crocheting, solving jigsaw and word puzzles, cooking, and canning. Most of all, she cherished the time spent with her beloved family.

Carol was predeceased by her husband, Richard in 2020; and parents, Leonard and Rose Mancini.

Surviving are her daughters, Christina "Marie" (Nicholas) Middleton and Catherine (Michael) Dailey; and her treasured grandchildren, Sophia, Abigail, Bennett, Samuel, and Archer.

A celebration of Carol’s life will be held at a later date.
