Cvetko Aleksovski, 97, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Saturday at home.
Born in Macedonia, Cvetko immigrated with his family to the Syracuse area in 1978 in search of a better life. He worked diligently for 25 years as a factory worker at PB&H Moulding Co., where he was known for his strong work ethic and dedication.
Cvetko was a devoted member of St. George Macedonian Orthodox Church. In his free time, he took great pride in his meticulously kept lawn and found joy in tending to his grapevines and gardens. He embraced retirement and truly enjoyed the simple pleasures of life.
Above all else, Cvetko cherished time spent with his family. His greatest joy was being with his loved ones, especially his beloved grandson, who held a very special place in his heart.
Cvetko will be remembered for his quiet strength, dedication to family, and the care he put into everything he did. He leaves behind a legacy of hard work, love, and devotion that will live on in all who knew him.
Cvetko was predeceased by his parents; brothers; and sister.
Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Velika Aleksovska; son, Jovan Aleksovski; daughter, Gordana (Walter) Pendock; grandson, Alexander Pendock; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
