Cvetko P. Brglevich

Cvetko P. Brglevich, 95, of Syracuse, passed away Monday, July 12, 2010 at Van Duyn Home & Hospital. Born in Macedonia on Thursday, August 13, 1914, he was the son of Petre Brglevich and Blaguna Tashkovski Brglevich. He lived in Syracuse since 1967. Cvetko retired after 15 years with B.G. Sulzie. He was a member of St. George’s Macedonian Orthodox Church. Cvetko was predeceased by his wife, Menka Brglevich on June 22, 1996. Surviving are his son, George of Macedonia; daughters, Velika Majkovska of Macedonia, Sofija Jovanovski of Syracuse, and Finka Nikolich of Serbia; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, July 13 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus with Trisagion Prayer Service at 7:15 p.m. Funeral services will be at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, July 14 at the funeral home and at 9 a.m. in St. George’s Macedonian Orthodox Church. Cvetko will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery, Syracuse. Contributions may be made to St. George's Macedonian Orthodox Church, 5083 Onondaga Rd., Syracuse, NY 13219.
