Donna (Geglia) Huck

Donna (Geglia) Huck, 75, of Camillus, passed away peacefully Thursday and joins her son David in God’s presence. Donna grew up with five sisters in Watertown and spent the majority of her life in Camillus. She cared compassionately for others as a nurse in the Syracuse area, including St. Camillus. As a devout Catholic, Donna’s faith was the center of her life. She prayed always and was a communicant of St. Joseph’s Church. She enjoyed long walks with her husband and dog, Sandy, and joyfully loved her grandchildren.

Donna was predeceased by her son, David.

Surviving are her husband and best friend of 55 years, Bob; children, Kristen (Rob) Morey of Syracuse and Jason (Judy) Huck of Macungie, PA.; grandchildren, Robbie and Libby Morey and Zachary and Joseph Huck.

Donna’s family would like to express their gratitude for the staff at the Centers of St. Camillus and the staff at Nascentia Day Program for their kindness and care.

Relatives and friends may call Monday, July 13 from 9 to 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church, 127 Chapel Dr., Fairmount. A funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. We will be following the NYS guidelines regarding capacity and social distancing. Face coverings are required. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
