Earldean Virginia Vulcano

April 4, 1930 — September 6, 2019

Earldean Virginia Vulcano, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away on September 6. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area and communicant of Holy Family Church, she retired after 12 years of service at Top O’ the Hill Restaurant. She was an avid baker, cook and expert card player.

Earldean was predeceased by her husband, Willard; daughter, Cindy DeFazio; and brother, Jack Hall.

Surviving are her daughters, Kathleen Vulcano of Syracuse and Mary (Bert) Perry of Oak Island, NC; sons, Will (Barb) of Charlotte, NC and Tom (Rosemary) of Marcellus; son-in-law, Gary DeFazio of Rome; brother, Thomas Hall; sister, Maryann Wilkinson; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends may call Friday, September 20 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, September 21 at 11 a.m. in Holy Family Church. Earldean will be laid to rest in Assumption Cemetery, Syracuse.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holy Family Church, 127 Chapel Dr., Syracuse, NY 13219.
