Elaine Carter, 67, of Syracuse, passed away Monday, February 20, 2017 at home. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, she was employed as a nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital for 50 years.
Elaine was predeceased by her parents, Perry and Eve Carter.
Surviving are sister, Bunny (Joe) Teich; niece, Tracy (Jay) Giacobbi; nephew, Jim (Suzanne) Teich; and several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be private. Elaine will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Mausoleum, Syracuse.
