Frances Diane Hobbs

Frances Diane Hobbs, 85, of Camillus, passed away peacefully on Saturday at Upstate Community Hospital.

A lifelong resident of the Syracuse area, Frances was a proud graduate of Onondaga Valley Academy. She was self-employed as a housekeeper for 25 years and loved spending time with her sisters.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Alana and Chrissy for their tender care of Frances over the past two years.

Frances was predeceased by her brother, Charles Cosselman Jr.; and sisters, Mary Louise Sutherland, Charlotte Abert, and Christine Owens.

Surviving are her sons, William Hobbs Jr. of Coconut Creek, FL and James (Theresa) Hobbs of Jamesville; daughter, Kelly (Stan) Longo of Baldwinwsville; sister, Bernice Jenkins of Liverpool; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins,

Services will be private.

Frances will be laid to rest in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Geddes.
