Glenn Andrew Krisak, 55, of Camillus, passed away Saturday after a short illness and ran into the arms of Jesus. He now has no more tears or sadness, but only his long-hoped for eternal joy.
A lifelong resident of Camillus, Glenn attended West Genesee High School. He was exuberant about life and had a great sense of humor. Glenn loved being around his family and friends. He was a hard worker, whether it was pool construction, painting, or general contracting. He loved both country and contemporary Christian music and wherever he was, you might find him singing along loudly.
Glenn was an avid outdoorsman with a love of hunting, fishing, golf and motorsports. On Sundays between February and November you’d be sure to find him either watching a NASCAR race on TV or in person at different racetracks around the country.
Glenn was predeceased by his parents, Stephen and Mary Aline; and brother, Paul.
Surviving are his siblings, Kathryn (Alan) Burgman of Locke, Stephen (Bonnie) of Liverpool, Thomas of Fayetteville, and Elizabeth Tracey (Philip) Dubuc of Camillus; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held, Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 10 a.m. in Loomis Hill Cemetery, 4069 Howlett Hill Rd., Syracuse.
A reception celebrating Glenn’s life will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, 1 Billy Graham Pkwy., Charlotte, NC 28201.
