Jeanne E. Barnaskey, 65, of Syracuse, passed away Tuesday at University Hospital. A lifetime resident of Syracuse, she was a communicant of Holy Family Church. Jeanne loved the outdoors, gardening and animals.
Surviving are her husband of 45 years, Scott; daughters, Regina (Paul) Vanderhoff and Elizabeth (Jason) Martin; grandchildren, Emily, Ashley, Danielle, Hailey and Alexis; sisters, Kathy Roberts, Monica (Lloyd) Todeschini and Elaine (John) Driscoll; brothers, Michael (Therese) Piegdon and James (Patty) Piegdon; and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday, March 23 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.
Services will be Friday, March 24 at 9:15 a.m. at the funeral home and 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church, where a funeral Mass will be celebrated.
Contributions may be made in Jeanne's name to the SPCA, 5878 E. Molloy Rd., Mattydale, NY 13211.
