Jeffrey Scott Gill

Jeffrey Gill, 48, of Camillus, passed away Wednesday at Upstate University Hospital. A lifetime resident of the Camillus area, he was a graduate of West Genesee High School. Jeff ran his own business, Gill Construction, for over 15 years. An avid year-round hiker, he was a member of the Adirondack Forty-Sixers and the Adirondack Winter Forty-Sixers (#7272W), loved to metal detect, mine for gold, and work with his hands.  

Surviving are his wife of 24 years, Bianca; children, Sara (Nicholas Cerio) Mumley, Daniel, and Adriana Gill; parents, Paul and Eleanor; brother, Kevin (Carissa); sister, Holly (Doug) Grobsmith; and nieces and nephews, Caitlin, Carlie, Austin, Nathan, and Bonnie Gill.

Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, September 12 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. A funeral service will follow at the funeral home.
