Joan Geppinger, of Syracuse, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2013 at Crown Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cortland. A lifetime resident of Syracuse, she was the daughter of Chester H. Geppinger and Mildred (Morris) Geppinger. Joan retired in 1990 from Cooley Business Forms, Syracuse. She enjoyed traveling and reading. Joan is survived by her companion, John "Jack" Leahey of Syracuse. Services will be private. Joan will be laid to rest in Assumption Cemetery, Syracuse. Arrangements are by the Buranich Funeral Home, Camillus.
