John H. Chatfield

John “Jack” H. Chatfield, 70, of Camillus, passed away Thursday at home. A lifetime resident of the Camillus area, he was employed at Carrier Corp for over 25 years. He enjoyed woodworking and classic cars, but, above all, he loved spending time with his family.

John was predeceased by his parents, Geraldine “Jerry” and John “Chatty” Chatfield.

Surviving are his wife of 48 years, the former Ann Rockwell; sons, Jon of Hatfield, PA and Jesse (Donielle) of Camillus; granddaughters, Haylie and Liliana; sisters, Wendy (James) Mueller of Warners, Lori (Brian) Daniels of Jordan, and Stacey Chatfield of Jordan; and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call Sunday, September 11 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.

A funeral service will be held Monday, September 12 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

John will be laid to rest in Maplewood Cemetery, Camillus.
