John E. Cole, 71, a lifetime resident of Skaneateles, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at home after a short illness. He was a bus driver for the Skaneateles Central School District. John was predeceased by his brother, Allan Klimek. Surviving are his wife of 18 years, the former Shelley Kotyra; sisters, Jean (John) Rybak of Camillus and Beatrice Pardis of Spartanburg, SC; and brother, David (Janet) Klimek of Auburn.
