John M. Quale, 91, of Syracuse, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at home. A lifetime resident of Syracuse, he was an Army veteran of World War II and a graduate of Syracuse University. John enjoyed traveling and photography. Surviving are his wife, the former Ruth Halbritter; daughter, Theresa (Charles) Mitchell of Marcellus; son, John (Susana) Quale of Scotch Plains, NJ; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. There were no calling hours. Burial was private in the Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Share condolences at www.BuranichFH.com
