John "Jack" F. Moran Sr.

John “Jack” F. Moran Sr., 81, of Camillus, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, he was a graduate of Vocational High School. John was employed for over 20 years with Iron Workers Local 60 and previously worked for Utica Club Brewery. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

John was predeceased by his wife of 49 years, Nora, in 2014; sister, Lois Sullen; and brother, Thomas Moran.

Surviving are his sons, John F. (Cheryl) Jr. of Syracuse and Christopher of Camillus; sister, Nancy (Ronald) Groth of Camillus; grandchildren, Ashley, Ryan and Sean; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

There will be no calling hours.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, November 23 at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church, 127 Chapel Dr., Syracuse. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
