Judith "Judy" Dattellas

Judith “Judy” Dattellas, 78, of Camillus, passed away Wednesday at Crouse Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised on the Northside of Syracuse, she was a graduate of North High School. Judy was employed with the West Genesee Central School District as a teacher’s aide and Wilmorite as an administrative assistant. She loved MacKenzie-Childs, dogs and cooking, but above all, loved spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter.

Judy was predeceased by her parents, Helen and Edward Wittkowski; and brother, David Wittkowski.

Surviving are her husband, of 51 years, John; daughter, Michelle (Michael) Chiantera of Pittsford; son, Brian Dattellas of New York; brother, Edward (Vera) Wittkowski of Bridgeport; granddaughter, Giada Chiantera; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be private at this time. A celebration of Judy's life will be held at a later date for family and friends. Judy will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
