Marianne was a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy. She continued her education at St. Catherine’s in Minnesota and later at Seton Hall University. Early in her career, she worked as a credit analyst for Northwest Airlines and Andrew Jergens before dedicating herself fully to her family as a homemaker, raising her children with devotion and care.
A woman of deep faith and service, Marianne was a longtime communicant of St. Joseph’s Church and an active member of its Altar & Rosary Society. She was also civically engaged, serving as a committee woman with the Camillus Republican Committee. Marianne gave generously of her time to many organizations, including serving as past president of the Camillus Figure Skating Club and as a member of the Camillus Elks Club Ladies Auxiliary.
Marianne had many interests and talents. She enjoyed croquet and was a past champion, and she was an avid bridge player who cherished time spent around the card table with friends. Above all else, Marianne loved spending time with her family and friends, who were the greatest joy of her life.
Marianne was predeceased by her husband, Raymond; parents, John and Mary Ellen McLaughlin; sister, Helen McCormick; and brother, Brother Terence McLaughlin.
