Marion (Pogoda) Harr

Marion (Pogoda) Harr, of Camillus, passed away Saturday in Oswego. Born in Utica to Raymond and Helen (Zaczek) Pogoda, she graduated from Utica Proctor High School, and was an alumna of Houghton University and Nyack University. Marion retired from the Onondaga County Health Department after 24 years and previously was employed by Utica GE, Syracuse GE, and Syracuse University. She was a member of Camillus Methodist Church and the Camillus Seniors Club.

Marion was predeceased by her husband, Robert; parents, Raymond S. and Helen Pogoda; sister, Patricia Nyhus; and brother, Raymond Pogoda Jr.

Surviving are her son, David (Sally) of Oswego; brother, Robert Pogoda of Johnson City; sisters, Geraldine (Arnold) Bergin of Ontario, Canada, and Elaine (David) Casey of Orchard Park; several nieces and nephews; and many cousins.

There will be no calling hours.

Burial: Maplewood Cemetery, Camillus.
