Mary Elizabeth Ramsing

Mary Elizabeth Ramsing, 92, of Baldwinsville,passed away Thursday,  January 22, 2015 at Syracuse Home surrounded by her loving family.  A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, she was a graduate of Solvay High School. Mary worked a number of years as a bookkeeper with Ramsing Electric.  A former communicant of St. Mary's Church in Baldwinsville, she was active with a number of ministries including several Bible studies.  She enjoyed baking and spending time with her family. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Harold, in 1992; grandson, Richard Rawson, in 1990; sisters, Ruth Stedman, in 1998 and Arlene Anthony, in 2014.  Surviving are her daughters, Joyce (Daniel) Cross of Gold Hill, NC, Carol (Thomas) Hebblethwaite of Mannsville and Susan (Jack) Gardner of Baldwinsville; sons, Bill (Diane) Ramsing of Solvay and Rob (Nancy) Ramsing of Gold Hill, NC; 17 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call Sunday, January 25 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, Inc., 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Funeral serviceswill be Monday, January 26 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.Mary will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners. The family wishes to extend their gratitude and appreciation for the loving kindness and care provided by the staff at Syracuse Home.
