Nabeeha "Nab" Mahshie

Nabeeha “Nab” Mahshie, 81, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 14, 2020 from natural causes. Nab was born in Syracuse on December 7, 1939. She was the daughter of the late Diab and Salemie Mahshie. Nab was employed with Addis Company for many years. She was a member of St. Elias Orthodox Church. Nab had many talents, loved dancing, Bingo, sports and roller skating. She was very light on her feet. Nab volunteered at Frazer School. She was a social butterfly always helping or comforting others in need. Nab had a wonderful personality and a warm, loving smile. She will be forever loved and missed.

Nabeeha is survived by her sister, Shirley (Edward) Sabbagh Sr. of Camillus; nephew, Edward Jr.; nieces, Mary and Paula; great-nieces, Taylor and Tiarra; and many cousins.

Services will be private. Nabeeha will be laid to rest in Oakwood Cemetery, Syracuse.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Elias Building Fund, 4988 Onondaga Rd., Syracuse, NY 13215.

Although your work on earth is done,
Your life in heaven has just begun.
Your struggles here were hard and long,
