Paula (Klix) Miller, 77, of Syracuse, passed away Saturday at St. Joseph's Health Hospital, after a hard-fought five-year battle with pancreatic cancer. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, she was a 1964 graduate of West Genesee High School and SUNY Alfred State College. Paula was an accountant for Klix Tool Corp. for over 30 years and later worked at Onondaga Paper & Twine, Inc. She enjoyed crafting and truly loved spending time with her family and friends.
Paula was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Susan Klix; and sister, Catherine Stratton.
Surviving are her daughter, Melissa (Nicholas) Frawley of Liverpool; son, Tyson (Heidi) Miller of Camillus; grandchildren, Alec and Madison; great-grandsons, Remy and Miles; brother, James (Christine) Klix of Camillus; and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Thursday, April 27 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. A funeral service will follow at noon in the funeral home.
Paula will be laid to rest in St. Mary’s Cemetery, DeWitt.
