Sarah Frances Guinto

Sarah Frances Guinto, 103, of Camillus, passed away Wednesday at home. Born and raised in Altoona, PA, she was a graduate of Our Lady of Pompei School. Sarah was employed by General Electric and Easy Washer during WWII and retired from Presto Lite in 1979. A member of Holy Family Church Seniors’ Club, she enjoyed cooking, gardening, and crocheting. Most of all, Sarah loved spending time with her family. She was a person of strong faith with a positive spirit who has been an inspiration to many.

Sarah was predeceased by her husband, Jack; parents, Pietro and Angeline DiPino; and brothers, Tony DiPIno and Mike Georgianni; and sister, Angeline Shelburn.

Surviving are her brother, Frank DiPino; and several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, September 18 at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church, 127 Chapel Dr., Syracuse.

Sarah will be laid to rest in Assumption Cemetery, Syracuse.
