Sofiya Stepanyuk, 81, of Solvay, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday.
Sofiya was predeceased by her husband, Volodymyr Stepanyuk.
She is survived by her children, Oksana Stashkiv, Olga Zelman, Igor Stepanyuk, and Bogdan Stepanyuk; and grandchildren, Vladimir Stashkiv, Irina Demchuk, Alex Stepanyuk, Sofia Zabuga, Anna Fares, and Liliya Stepanyuk.
To celebrate Sofiya's life, relatives and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 11 a.m. in Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.
Sofiya will be laid to rest in Loomis Hill Cemetery, Syracuse.
