Stephanie A. (Rolince) Wucher, 65, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Thursday at Crouse Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
A lifelong resident of the Syracuse area for most of her life, Stephanie was a woman who found joy in the simple things and, above all, cherished the time she spent with the people she loved. A follower and believer in Jesus Christ, Stephanie’s faith was an important part of her life and brought her comfort and strength.
She enjoyed crocheting, scrapbooking, relaxing on boat days, and reading a good book. Stephanie was a devoted lover of country music and could often be found enjoying a good Coppertop martini. She was also a proud dog mama to her beloved Prince, who held a special place in her heart.
Above all, Stephanie treasured her family. She especially cherished the time spent with her grandchildren and took great pride in watching them grow. Her love, laughter, faith, and caring nature will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Stephanie was predeceased by her parents, Richard J. Rolince and Jacqueline Garcia; and brother, Richard F. Rolince.
Surviving are her husband, Robert; daughters, Heather (Derek) Olk of Bridgeport, Karleigh (Francis) Wiggin of Marcellus, and Robbie (Bryce Macina) Wucher of Bridgeport; grandchildren, Ryan, Mikayla, McKenna, Josie, Ryder, and Journee; sisters, Suzanne (Patrick) Kane of Fairmount, Shelly (Victor) Gonzalez of Bakersfield, CA, and Samantha Garcia-Ciciarelli of Altmar; brother, Samuel (Joelle) Garcia of Syracuse; and several nieces and nephews.
To celebrate Stephanie’s life, relatives and friends are invited to call on Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.
A memorial service will follow at the funeral home.
