Thomas P. Corbett

Thomas P. Corbett, 61, of Westvale, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at home, surrounded by his loving family. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, he was a graduate of Westhill High School. Tommy attended Onondaga Community College and Arizona State University. He was employed with St. Joseph's Hospital for 35 years and also worked at CW Daily Contracting. An avid fisherman and golfer, Tommy was also a longstanding member of the Adelphi Club. Tommy and Sarah loved spending time together, especially in the Adirondacks. He also enjoyed his time together with family, friends and beloved dog, Oakley.

Tommy was predeceased by his parents, Francis and Winifred; and sister, Mary Lou (Corbett) Haney.

Surviving are his wife of 22 years, Sarah Batcharie; sister, Ann (Tom Hodgens) Corbett of Syracuse; brothers, John "Kid" (Shari) of Westvale and Michael of Liverpool; several beloved nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins.

There will be no calling hours.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, January 13 at 10 a.m. in St. Charles~St. Ann's Parish, 501 South Orchard Rd., Syracuse. Burial will be private.
