William "Bill" Waleski

William “Bill” Waleski, 62, of Camillus, passed away Friday at Upstate University Hospital. A longtime resident of both the Camillus and Geneva areas, he was a 1979 graduate of West Genesee High School. Bill was a butcher for over 25 years at various locations. A communicant of Holy Family Church, he was a huge NY Giants, NY Yankees, and SU fan.  He loved to golf, garden, fish, and camp.

Bill was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Eva Waleski.

Surviving are his siblings, Jim, Edward, Paul (Patty Burnham), Tina (Tim) Moran, Rich, and Don (Ann); and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no calling hours.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, February 1 at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church, 127 Chapel Dr., Syracuse.
