Sergio S. Malekian

Sergio S. Malekian, 78, of Syracuse, passed away Monday at home. He met his wife of 52 years at the University of Florence in Italy where he received a PhD. He owned his own architectural company and recently retired to enjoy time with his grandchild. 

Surviving are his wife, Marcella, nee Brizzi; daughters, Milena M. and Micheala A. Brizzi; and his granddaughter, Tiffany Brizzi.

A private family Mass was held at Holy Family Church. 

Sergio was laid to rest in St. Mary’s Cemetery, DeWitt.
